The most important arch of the three Roman triumphal arches, the Arch of Constantine was originally built to celebrate Emperor Constantine’s victory over Massenzio. Now, however, it serves as a casual meeting place for dogs of any or no pack, whether they come here to relax, get out of the perpetual sun or admire the architecture that’s over two-thousand years old.
